Attorney Doreen St. Thomas of Frankfurt, NY; slacker, loser

The state of New York presented Doreen Marie St. Thomas with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Doreen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
• Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on her fitness as a lawyer
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• After collecting a flat fee in a divorce action, Doreen failed to pursue the matter on behalf of her client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Doreen by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Doreen practices his so-called brand of law at 2990 Albany Road in Frankfort, New York.
