Attorney Andrew McDonald of Belmar, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Andrew T. McDonald with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to treat others involved in the legal process with courtesy and consideration
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspende

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with the Andrew T MC Donald Law Offices at 1904 Main Street in Belmar, New Jersey.
