Attorney Todd Sicklinger of Bradley Beach, NJ; convicted pervert

The state of New Jersey presented Todd Sicklinger with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Sean also received a license to practice in New York in 1999.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Todd guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of lewdness and a years-long pattern of inappropriate sexual conduct
• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.    

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Todd practices his so-called brand of law in Bradley Beach, New Jersey.
