Attorney Gregory Mueller of New York City; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Gregory Karl Mueller with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Greg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to supervise an attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license. 

And lastly ,as one would suspect, Greg and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.silverfirm.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
