Attorney Theodore Scribner of Akron, OH; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Theodore Ferris Scribner with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Teddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Failed to enter into a written fee agreement with his client
  Took over two years to pay his client $454 the client was entitled to because of a settlement of his legal matter
• Failed to provide his client with a closing statement after settlement of client case with Nationwide
• Improperly provided financial assistance to a client in connection with pending or contemplated litigation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Teddy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Teddy practices his so-called brand of law at 567 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road in Akron, Ohio.
