Attorney Donna Gee of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Alberta presentedDonna Gee with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Alberta found Donna guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose a change in an expert’s opinion to opposing counsel as soon as possible
• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving her clients

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Donna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand, a $5,000.00 fine and assessed investigative costs of $12,500.00.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Donna practices her so-called brand of law with the Guardian Law Group at 342 4^th Avenue in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
