Attorney Heather Biagi of Edwardsville, IL; convicted drunken thief

The state of Illinois presented Heather Lynn Biagi with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. Heather also received a license to practice in Missouri in 2006.

The Office of Disciplinary Commission found Heather guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol and other offenses after she drove into a police patrol car
• Convicted of theft after she altered a site development plan that had earlier been prepared for her by a licensed engineer and submitted the altered plan to a county development department

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Heather by gifting her with a complimentary 5-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Heather practices her so-called brand of law at 1027 Franklin Avenue in Edwardsville, Illinois.
