Attorney Tina Greene of Washington, DC; slacker, loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Tina D. Greene with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law. Mark also received a license to practice in Maryland in 2002.

The DC Bar Counsel found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct that seriously interferes with the administration of justice
• Failed to represent her client zealously
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds owing to the client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Tina by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the DC Bar Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tina.
