Judge Jeffrey Meade of Princeton, IN: moronic slacker

The state of Indiana provided Jeffrey Fowler Meade with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct involving his handling of two child welfare cases.

• Engaged in impatient, undignified and discourteous behavior toward the father on multiple occasions from 2019 to 2021
• Told the father to “zip it” and “shut up”
• Accused the father of passing the child off “like a football”
• Called the father “bro”
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Engaged in conduct detrimental to public confidence in the judiciary
• Fai9led to act impartially
• Failed to act competently (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to afford interested parties right to be heard (aka, due process)
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications

All the remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jeff by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Jeff continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Gibson Circuit Court Judge in Princeton, Indiana.
