Attorney Alfio Lanuto of Pearl River, NJ; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Alfio S. Lanuto with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Alfio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of obstruction of law enforcement officer
• Convicted of resisting arrest
• Engaged in criminal conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Alfio by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Alfio practices his so-called brand of law in Pearl River, New York.
