Attorney Isaiah Gant of Nashville, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee presented Isaiah Skip Gant with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the Loyola University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Isaiah guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in an improper ex parte (one-sided) communication with a judge
• Revealed confidential client information

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Isaiah by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Isaiah practices his so-called brand of law at 810 Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.
