Attorney Bobby Sea of St. Paul, MN; liar, repeat offender

The state of Minnesota presented Bobby Gordon Onyemeh Sea with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Committed a criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Filed materially false federal income tax returns

Convicted of income tax evasion

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 20-month suspension of his law license and assessed $900 in investigative costs.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

• Caused harm to the public and the legal profession
