Judge Dan Slayton of Flagstaff, AZ; scofflaw, loser

The State of Arizona provided Dan Slayton with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law.

FYI: Danny has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-eight (38) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Flagstaff area was about to offer Danny a good paying job.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Slayton guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to accord to every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law (aka, due process)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, it appears as though Danny is of the opinion that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the am.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Danny continues to dispense his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Coconino County Superior Court in Flagstaff, Arizona.
