Attorney Candace Sneed of Peachtree Corners, GA; slacker, loser

The State of Georgia presented Candace Lanette Sneed with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from Georgia State University School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Candy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly inform the client of any decision or circumstance with respect to which the client’s informed consent
• Failed to reasonably consult with the client about how the client’s objectives are to be accomplished
• Failed to keep her client reasonably informed about the status of the matter
• Failed to promptly comply with reasonable requests for information
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Candy!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Candy by gifting her with a complimentary 9-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Candy practices her so-called brand of law at 5600 Spalding Drive in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
