Attorney Francis Borgerding Jr. of Towson, MD; slacker, loser

The state of Maryland presented Francis Xavier Borgerding Jr.  with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Franny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to diligently administer an estate
• Failed failing to timely pay the probate fee
• Failed to file the Second Account with the probate court resulting in multiple notices from the Register of Wills
• Willfully disregard a court order (Screw you, said Franny!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Franny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Franny practices his so-called brand of law at 409 Washington Avenue in Towson, Maryland.
