Attorney T.J. McKeough of Nova Scotia, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society of Nova Scotia presented T.J. McKeough with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Nova Scotia found TJ guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Acted dishonesty when dealing with his clients
• Violated several rules involving handling of trust accounts
• Failed to act with candor with his clients
• Failed to perform several undertakings
• Failed to act with courtesy and good faith

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished TJ by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), TJ practices his so-called brand of law with McKeough Law Inc. at 740 Main Street in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, Canada.
