Attorney Darryl Saunders of East Brunswick, NJ; slacker, repeater

The state of New Jersey presented Darryl M. Saunders with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

Darryl’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions about the
• representation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Darryl!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary 3-Month suspension of his law license.

Darryl’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Darryl!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Darryl practices his so-called brand of law at 180 Tices Lane in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
