Attorney Mark Molz of Hainesport, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Mark J. Molz with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Pace University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in gross neglect of a client matter
  • Admittedly failed to file complaint on client’s behalf for eighteen (18) months which exceeded the applicable statute of limitations for said cause of action
  • Mark was expressly aware of the date of the applicable statute of limitations regarding the client’s matter
  • For several months, Mark failed to respond to his client’s repeated emails
  • Conduct adversely reflected not only on Mark as an attorney but also on all members of the bar

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mark fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.markmolz.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with the Mark Molz Law Office at 1400 Route 38 in Hainesport, New Jersey.
