Attorney Seth Arkow of North Canton, OH; slacker, repeater

The state of Ohio presented Seth Walter Arkow with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

FYI: Ohio Northern University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Stark County Bar Association found Seth guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct involving, dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Made a false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Seth)
• After being noticed that a grievance had been filed, Seth sent a response to the Stark County Bar that contained many false assertions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Seth by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective October 2022.

As we speak (ca. October 2023), Seth will resume practicing his so-called brand of law at 1435 Market Avenue in North Canton, Ohio in September 2023.
