Attorney Nash Brogan of Toronto, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society of Nova Scotia presentedAllan G.M. Botan with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Nova Scotia found Nash guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with integrity
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to preserve client information
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to preserve client property
  • Involved in an unprofessional communication
  • Divulged confidential client information
  • Failed to meet the professional standards expected of a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Nash by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Allan practices his so-called brand of law with Rogers Partners LLP at 100 Wellington Street West in Toronto, Ottawa, Canada.
