Judge James Jameson of Benton, KY; bully, repeat offender

The state of Kentucky presented James T. Jameson with a law license in 1969 after she graduated from Northern Kentucky University School of Law.

It should be noted that this isn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct. Information regarding said misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

The Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission has alleged that Jimmy is guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Intimidated witnesses in the ethics case against him
• Used his influence to try to stop a report that he roamed the courthouse in his underwear
• Instructed his judicial staff to “blatantly violate the law” by refusing to cooperate with a subpoena by the Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission
• Asked his staff to send him documents that they intended to produce to the Judicial Commission, so he could review them first

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jimmy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Jimmy dispenses his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a 42nd Judicial Circuit Judge in Benton, Kentucky.
