Attorney Santiago Narvaiz of Kensington, MD; cheating liar

The District of Columbia Bar presented Santiago R. Narvaiz with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from an unknown foreign law school. Santiago also received a license to practice in Virginia in 1996 and Maryland in 1994.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sandy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client with written retainer agreement
Failed to deposit unearned advance fees into client trust account
  • Failed to achieve goals of client representation
  • Failed to produce an accounting of unearned fee
  • Failed to refund unearned portion of advance fee despite promises to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Sandy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Sandy practices his so-called brand of law at 10605 Concord Street in Kensington, Maryland.
