Attorney Nathan Kennedy of Vestal, NY; slacker, loser

The state of Colorado provided Nathan Bret Kennedy with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Nate guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Represented a client when a conflict of interest existed
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Trial court declared a mistrial based on Nate’s ineffective assistance

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license effective July 2022.

As we speak, (ca. October 2022), Nate will be resuming his so-called brand of law with the Praxis Law Group LLC at 2520 Vestal Parkway in Vestal, New York.
