The state of Virginia presented Wayne Eric Culver with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
