Attorney John Vogel of Columbus, OH; serial liar

The state of Ohio presented John W. Vogel with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Columbus Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in misconduct reflecting adversely on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Lied to a trial court judge during a trial
• Repeatedly engaged in demonstrative and melodramatic reactions to adverse rulings and certain witnesses' testimony
• Despite admonitions from trial court, continued disrespectful conduct a the trial
• Knowingly made false accusations against a judge or other adjudicatory officer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Johnny practices at 118 Graceland Blvd in Columbus, Ohio.
