Attorney James Bock of Hudson, WI; ethical misfit

The state of Wisconsin presented James CW Bock with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in Minnesota where he was not licensed
• While engaged in the illegal practice of law, Jimmy gave legal advice to clients, signed, and filed pleadings with various district courts, and sought pro hac vice admission on behalf of several clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.jcwbesq.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law with JCWB Esquire LLC at 800 Carmichael Road in Hudson, Wisconsin.
