Attorney Kevin Boyle of Madison, WI; ethical gremlin

The state of Wisconsin presented Kevin P. Boyle with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Continued to bill client for U-Visa status for a working permit to provide for his family after he advised the client that was no basis to apply for a work permit
• Kevin provided his client with a falsified receipt for an application for employment authorization
• Kevin had falsified a receipt relating to a different client and provided it to the client so that it appeared that an application for employment authorization was pending on the client’s behalf
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law with Kevin P Boyle Law Offices LLC at 995 Applegate Road in Madison, Wisconsin.
