Attorney Don Cartier of Glendale, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented Marsha L. Stiles with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Marsha guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Disclosed privileged client information
  • Mismanaged his trust account
  • Misrepresenting his level of legal experience
  • During ethics investigation, the Trust Account Examiner learned of misleading information on Donnie’s websites
  • Donnie’s assertions of significant legal experience were found to be inaccurate as the experience cited pertained to work, he performed as a legal assistant prior to his admission to the practice of law in Arizona
  • Throughout the disciplinary hearing, Donnie was rarely credible, repeatedly evasive, ignored questions, and frequently attempt to interject testimony that was not responsive to questions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Donnie practices his so-called brand of law at 7816 West Marlette Avenue in Glendale, Arizona.
