Attorney David Smith of Mukilteo, WA; slacker, loser

The state of Florida presented David Symington Smith with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Davey guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.   

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 8704 44th Avenue West in Mukilteo, Washington.
