Attorney Valerie Weiss of Los Angeles; serial offender
Unfortunately, the state of California provided Valerie Sue Weiss with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles. Equally unfortunate is the fact that New York state provided Valerie with a law license in 2007.
The California Bar Court found Valerie guilty of the following misconduct.
Valerie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
Valerie’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary 10-day suspension of her law license.
Valerie’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
Valerie’s 4th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In another matter, Valerie was a defendant in an unlawful detainer [eviction] action. Subsequently, Valerie brought a third-party claim on behalf of her law practice. Three separate courts denied her motions to stay the eviction.
When a judge denied Valerie’s request for 30 days to vacate the hearing, she characterized his actions as "an abomination" and stated she had "no respect for what is going on here.
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.
And lastly, as one would suspect, Valerie makes no mention of her misconduct as set forth above on her self-serving website at www.autismlaws.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.
