Judge Justin Low of Odessa, TX; bigoted loser

The state of Texas provided Justin Wayne Low with a law license in 1995 after her graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

FYI: St. Mary’s is ranked as the 179^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Justin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• During jury selection and in the presence of prospective jurors, Justin referred to COVID-19 as the “China Virus”
• After stating “China Virus” Justin said to the jurors, “The attorneys would be upset I said that”
• When some potential jurors whooped and clapped their hands for his comment, Justin encouraged their behavior by laughing and nodding
• A potential juror, who is Asian American, stated she felt unsafe and uncomfortable after Justin’s comment, especially due to recent Asian American hate crimes
• Engaged in conduct casting public discredit on the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Justin practices his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a 161^st District Court Judge in Odessa, Texas.
