The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Ricky guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

A.S. stated that Ricky requested they have adjoining rooms at an upcoming conference

Multiple times Ricky asked A.S that she bring a bikini with her so they could sit in the hot tub and

have some beers

A.S. stated that Ricky told her about telling another court clerk he met at a conference in the hotel bar that she needed to “find a fat man like him because they have plenty of fat to snuggle with even though their peckers shrink”

Ricky also showed A.S. a video of a women pretending to have a tampon stuck in her

Mitchell County Attorney concluded that Judge Grissam engaged in sexual harassment as defined in Mitchell County Policy 1B-6
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ricky by gifting him with a complimentary public warning for engaging sexual harassment.
The comedians on the Texas Supreme Court also ordered that Ricky attend sexual harassment training. It is rumored that Ricky opted to attend the Harvey Weinstein Institute for Sexual Harassers in West Hollywood
