Attorney Leonard Thom of Alberta, CAN; moronic slacker

The Law Society of Alberta presentedLeonard N. Thom with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society of Alberta found Lenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by his client’s instruction s
• Retained his client’s file contrary to the Code of Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Lenny by gifting him with a complimentary 14-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,388.75.  

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Lenny practices his so-called brand of law with, Alberta, Canada.
