Attorney Marc Reiner of West Palm Beach, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Marc Reiner with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with his continuing legal education requirements and became delinquent
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Made a false statement on his Petition for Removal of Continuing Legal Education Requirement Delinquency
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Marc!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and fined him $6,000.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Marc and fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.marcreinerlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Marc practices his so-called brand of law with Reiner Law at 12316 Equine Lane in West Palm Beach, Florida.
