Attorney George Smithwick of San Ramon, CA; moronic cheater

The state of California provided George Timothy Smithwick with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Georgie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Split fees with a non-lawyer entity
  • Failed to perform legal services with competence (moron)
  • Failed to refund unearned fees totaling $15,740 (cheater)
  • Failed provide the State Bar of California with notice that he employed a resigned attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Georgie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $2,853.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Georgie practices his so-called brand of law at 18 Crow Canyon Court in San Ramon, California.
