Attorney Angela Lee-Mandlin of Bend, OR; repeat offender

The State of Oregon presented Angela T. Lee-Mandlin with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Angie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: This wasn’t Angie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary 30-day stayed suspension of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • Violated her duty to preserve client confidences
  • Client suffered injury in the form of stress and anxiety upon reading Angela’s email to the opposing counsel, which has been found to constitute actual injury
  • Disclose information that was embarrassing and potentially detrimental to her client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Angie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect,Angie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.angelaleelaw.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Angie practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Angela Lee PC at 360 NW Vermont Place in Bend, Oregon.
