Attorney Walter Ledesma of Woodburn, OR; serial offender

The State of Oregon presented Walter J. Ledesma with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Northwestern School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Walt guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: This wasn’t Walt’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Walt’s conduct caused actual injury to his client by depriving him of the use of his money

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect,Brad fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.larsonlawoffices.com. Apparently, Chris decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Brad practices his so-called brand of law with the Larson Law Office at 1631 NE Broadway in Portland, Oregon.
