Attorney Peter Korn of Columbia, SC; ethical misfit

The State of South Carolina presented Peter Korn with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect the rights of third persons
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly deliver trust account funds a third party is entitled to receive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Pete practices his so-called brand of law with the Korn Law Firm at 1300 Pickens Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
