The Law Society of New South Wales presented Peter Richard Nagle with a law license in 2019 after he graduated from the University of Queensland School of Law.

The Civil and Administrative Tribunal of New South Wales found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Conduct fell short of standard of competency (moron)
• Engaged in ex parte communications with judicial officer
• Failed to conduct himself appropriately while representing client in legal proceedings

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Civil and Administrative Board punished Pete by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $22,000.00.
