Attorney Kayce Staehle of Denver, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Kayce C. Staehle with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Kayce guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made duplicate disbursements from her trust account in a real estate transaction because she did not maintain accurate client ledgers
• Failed to properly reconcile her trust accounts
• Failed to show substantive improvement in her trust account management after participation in the State Bar’s Trust Account Compliance program

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Kayce gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2022) Kayce practices her so-called brand of law at 7921 Silver Jade Lane in Denver, North Carolina.
