Judge Robert Berliner of New City, NY; serial scofflaw

The state of New York provided Robert M. Berliner a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Western New England University School of Law.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in prohibited political activity on behalf of two candidates for judicial office
• Engaged in prohibited conduct when he accompanied and/or introduced two judicial candidates for office at three gatherings of community and political leaders in Orange and Rockland Counties

Rather than await a decision by the Judicial Conduct Commission, Bobby did what any coward would do, he announced he would resign his judicial office on September 30, 2022.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), it is rumored that Bobby has a applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 77 Green Acres Road in Valley Stream, New York.
