Attorney Brian Ellison of Southfield, MI; deceitful loser

The state of Michigan presented Brian Martin Ellison with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #51 found Brain guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Committed professional misconduct during his representation of a client in a divorce proceeding
  • Brian knew that his client provided false testimony during a hearing to take the necessary proofs for a consent judgment of divorce, but failed to correct the record or to otherwise take remedial action
  • Offered evidence that Brian knew to be false
  • Failed to disclose the proffered false evidence to the trial court as required
  • Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct that exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigate costs of $750.00.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Brian practices his so-called brand of law with The Ellison Law Firm at 17330 Northland Park Court in Southfield, Michigan.
