Attorney Sylvia Martin of Vienna, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Georgia presented Sylvia Ann Martin with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Sylvia guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Allowed her operating account to be used even though legal services were not provided
• Engaged in professional conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Sylvia by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. July 2022), Sylvia practices her so-called brand of law at 216 Audreys Court SE in Vienna, Georgia.
