Attorney Todd Hale of Tucson, AZ; moron, repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Todd Hale with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Court dismissed client’s case due to Todd’s failure to prosecute the matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Exhibited indifference to making restitution to his former clients [victims]
• Violated duty he owed to his client
• Knowingly violated the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Pursued claims that he knew were hyperbolic in nature
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Todd!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,200.00.
