Judge Troy Daniel of Roscommon, MI; moronic misogynist

The state of Michigan provided Troy B. Daniel with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law.

In one matter, Troy presided over a case wherein Tirany Savage requested that he issue a personal protection order (PPO) against her husband Bo.

In her request for a PPO, Mrs. Savage stated it was needed because her husband Bo had recently purchased a gun, had repeatedly threatened suicide, and refused to leave the family residence in Houghton Lake. She also stated in her request: 

• “He has mental health issues (he quit taking his meds) & recently purchased a firearm & that is concerning to me.”
• “He keeps saying he is going to blow his brains out & I do not want my safety or my son's safety in jeopardy.”

In his infinite ignorance and to maintain his status as a proud misogynist, Troy denied Ms. Savage’s request for a PPO. Troy denied the request, even though police had responded to multiple calls at the couple’s home.

After Troy’s absurd denial of the PPO, Bo Savage murdered his wife Tirany, her son Dayton (13), and her mother Kim Ebright (58). He then killed himself with a gunshot to the head.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Troy dispenses his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Roscommon County Circuit Judge in Roscommon, Michigan.
