Judge Ruth Gudino of Markham, IL; alleged sexual misconduct

The state of Illinois provided Ruth Isabel Gudino a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

FYI: Ruth has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-six (26) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Chicago area was about to offer Ruth a good paying job.

Various assistant prosecutors working for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office have alleged that Ruth engaged in the following misconduct.

• Courthouse supervisor alleged that Ruth engaged in unwanted touching, bullying, and other workplace misconduct toward her colleagues during her tenure as a Cook County prosecutor
• Engaged in unwanted touching of several fellow prosecutors
• Touching included unwanted contact with the lower back, shoulders, waist areas, and pants pocket areas
• Encouraged a female assistant state’s attorney “to wear more revealing clothing in the bust area” after criticizing her for wearing high-necked shirts
• Ruth allegedly ran her hand down the side of an Assistant Prosecutor’s covered breast over her clothing
• Repeatedly belittled prosecutors for their personal appearance and mannerisms and for being overweight
• Told one prosecutor that he should stop eating salads for lunch as it was not working

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Ruth by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Ruth dispenses her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Cook County Circuit Court Judge in Markham, Illinois.
