Judge Ernestine Anderson-Trahan of New Orleans, LA; tax cheat

The state of Louisiana provided Ernestine Lilie Anderson-Trahan a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Western New England University School of Law.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Indicted by federal grand jury with filing false tax returns
  • Failed to report the entire income that she earned for presiding over wedding ceremonies
  • Ernestine was typically paid between $80 and $100 in cash for officiating at the courthouse
  • Failed to report income from legal work before she became a judge
  • Failed to tell Internal Revenue Services about the money she received for officiating weddings

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Ernestine to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time she’ll likely be spending at the Secure Female Facility Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia.

After her indictment the Louisiana Supreme Court ordered that Ernestine be immediately suspended from the bench.

As we speak (ca. July 2022), it is rumored that Ernestine has applied for a job as janitor at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 1901 Tchoupitoulas Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
