Attorney Timothy Brown of Noblesville, IN; serial convicted drunk

The state of Indiana presented Timothy J. Brown with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Indiana School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted in 2021 of driving under the influence, charged as level 6 felony, but entered as class A misdemeanor
  • Convicted in 2016 of driving under the influence
  • Convicted in 2013 of driving under the influence
  • Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on Respondent’s trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Indiana Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law at 40 South 9th Street in Noblesville, Indiana, with the caveat that he’s sober or at least semi-sober.
