Attorney Thomas Harper III of Atlanta, GA; serial tax scofflaw

The state of Georgia presented Thomas O. Harper III with a law license in 2018 after he graduated from Emory University School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file federal income tax returns for five (5) consecutive years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tommy.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tommy and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.weissmanlaw.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
