Attorney Hera Armenian of Las Vegas, NV; thieving loser

The state of Nevada presented Hera Armenian with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the Thomas Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Hera guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds (thief)
• Commingled client funds with her personal funds
• Failed to keep complete records of the funds in her trust account
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Hera!)
• Knowingly violated duties owed to her clients, the public, and the profession
• Two clients suffered potential injury if Hera could not repay the amounts she misappropriated (stole)
• Hera’s actions caused harm to the State Bar and to the legal profession
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Hera by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,500.00.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Hera.
